Constitueix el marc de refer\u00e8ncia per a tots els plans parcials i sectorials que preveu elaborar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019article 5 estableix que el Pla General Territorial de Catalunya ha de definir \u00ables terres d&#8217;\u00fas agr\u00edcola o forestal d&#8217;especial inter\u00e8s que cal conservar o ampliar per les seves caracter\u00edstiques d&#8217;extensi\u00f3, de situaci\u00f3 i de fertilitat\u00bb.
