{"id":837,"date":"1995-12-07T11:01:26","date_gmt":"1995-12-07T11:01:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agroterritori.org\/?p=837"},"modified":"2014-06-27T08:40:45","modified_gmt":"2014-06-27T08:40:45","slug":"rd-19971995-mesures-per-garantir-la-biodiversitat-la-conservacio-dhabitats-fauna-i-flora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agroterritori.org\/?p=837","title":{"rendered":"RD 1997\/1995, mesures per garantir la Biodiversitat, la Conservaci\u00f3 d&#8217;H\u00e0bitats, Fauna i Flora"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquest Reial Decret transposa la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agroterritori.org\/ficha.php?doc=64&amp;cid=1\">Directiva 92\/43\/CEE<\/a>\u00a0<em>relativa a la conservaci\u00f3 dels h\u00e0bitats naturals i de la fauna i flora silvestres\u00a0<\/em>al territori espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fins l&#8217;any 2008 aquest Reial Decret establia els criteris per incloure una zona dins la Xarxa Natura 2000 (art.3, annexes I i II), no obstant amb l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 definitiva de la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agroterritori.org\/ficha.php?doc=201&amp;cid=1\">Llei 42\/2007\u00a0<\/a>aquests annexes han estat derogats. Per tan la normativa vigent en temes de protecci\u00f3 de la biodiversitat, els espais naturals i respecte als criteris de la Xarxa Natura 2000 els trobarem en la citada\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.agroterritori.org\/ficha.php?doc=201&amp;cid=1\">Llei 42\/2007<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segons s&#8217;estableix en l&#8217;article 4.1, les Comunitats Aut\u00f2nomes s\u00f3n les responsables d&#8217;el\u00b7laborar el llistat de zones que han de ser considerades d&#8217;especial conservaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estat Espanyol.
