Aquestes superf\u00edcies regulen la potencial divisi\u00f3 d&#8217;una finca agr\u00e0ria, no podent-ne resultar cap parcel\u00b7la de dimensi\u00f3 inferior a l&#8217;establerta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La viabilitat de l&#8217;empresa agr\u00e0ria dep\u00e8n de la seva capacitat d&#8217;at\u00e8nyer dimensions suficients.
