S\u2019aplica als terrenys forestals i a la franja de 500 metres que els envolta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es consideren terrenys forestals: els s\u00f2ls r\u00fastics poblats d\u2019esp\u00e8cies arb\u00f2ries o arbustives, de matolls i d\u2019herbes; les erms situats en els l\u00edmits dels boscos que siguin necessaris per a la protecci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests; els erms que, per les seves caracter\u00edstiques, siguin adequats per a la aforestaci\u00f3 o la reforestaci\u00f3; els prats de regeneraci\u00f3 natural, els aiguamolls, els rasos poblats anteriorment i transformats sense autoritzaci\u00f3 i les pistes i els camins forestals; els terrenys agr\u00edcoles amb explotaci\u00f3 forestal amb esp\u00e8cies de creixement r\u00e0pid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Generalitat de Catalunya.
