El nou redactat de la llei (integre en la llei 6\/2001) inclou noves categories d&#8217;activitats que hauran de ser sotmeses a estudi d&#8217;impacte ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aquesta llei ha quedat derogada per la Llei 1\/2008 d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Impacte Ambiental, que \u00e9s el text normatiu vigent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estat Espanyol.
