Mitjan\u00e7ant diferents models d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 (actuaci\u00f3 municipal, estatal, mixte), s&#8217;han conservat gran part dels paisatges al voltant de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a exemple trobem el parc de Vestskoven, una \u00e0rea per la qual es va desenvolupar un Pla de Gesti\u00f3. El Pla va definir que els propietaris de terres ubicades dins aquest parc nom\u00e9s podien vendre les seves terres a l&#8217;Estat (el qual estava obligat a comprar-les).
